Wedding cake card

My brother is getting married this weekend, so I wanted to make him and his fiancee a wedding card.  I have seen these cakes other places and decided it didn't look to hard to make, so here's my go at it.

Their colors are what I have interpreted as a Melon Mambo color and black, so here's my card using those two colors.  Then I thought hek while I'm at it, I want to see what it looks like with black and white.  So here's the card using white and black.

So what do you think?  I think they turned out well for my first attempts.

  2. I like them both! Isn't it neat that we can adapt this type of card to match whatever colors the wedding party uses? SU sure has plenty to choose from!

  3. Great cards Yolanda. I like both of them although I'm a bit more traditional so the white one is my favourite. When you want to post on someone else's blog hit the Post Comment after you've written your comment (tip: you might want to make a copy of your note in case it doesn't work). It might take a couple of tries, but you'll eventually get that Sign into Google or menu. When you get the menu screenthat shows your email address and password take the check mark out of the box that says stay signed in and then hit enter. It will take you back tothe comment and again you might have to hit the enter button a couple of times but then it will allow you to complete as normal. Hope that helps. I know it's frustrating but you should find this works for you.
